Dalam minggu lepas sibuk la selak-selak suratkhabar harian metro (dated 27th Jan 2010) kat PG office Sunway (sambil menunggu staff PG sediakan stok untukku..) Harga emas minggu lepas turun. So ambil peluang tambah stok le.. hehehe.. Tengah dok selak-selak tu ternampak 2 iklan dari 2 kedai emas yang berbeza promote jongkong-jongkong emas untuk para investor diluar sana. Dua-dua promote Pamp Suisse and Lady Fortuna. Hari ni (2/2/10) baru berkesempatan nak busy body sikit.. Mulut ni gatal-gatal la call nak tanya harga.
Kedai 1 : S : Selamat pagi.. Saya berminat nak beli gold bar. ade ke? J : Ade pn. Puan nak beli berapa gram punye ye puan? S : Kalau 50 grm atau 100 grm berapa harga dia? J : Kita ikut harga emas semasa. Hari ni harga emas RM146 per gram. Jadi kalau 50 grm RM7,400. 100 gram 14,600. Bila puan nak datang ye? S : Nanti dulu.. Sebab saya tengah survey harga dulu. J : Takde sebab stok ni cepat habis Puan. Takut kalau puan datang lambat kita tak ade stok nanti. S : Ok. Nanti kalau saya dah decide saya telefon balik ye. Terima Kasih.

Kedai 2 : S : Hello.. sya berminat nak beli gold bar la. Berapa harga hari ni? J : Hari ni harga untuk 50grm RM6,632. Kalau 100 grm RM13,000. S : Eh murah juga ye. Saya tengok harga kedai emas lain RM146 per gram. J : Oh kita ada promosi sekarang. Diskaun RM15 dari harga semasa. (which is RM146 /grm) S : Nanti kalau kita nak jual balik berapa amik ye? J : Itu ikut harga semasa (memangla!) tapi kita akan tengok waktu itu berapa management boleh amik. Tapi kena ada cert dan semua complete la ye. Pastu emas tak rosak.. S : Abis kalau calar? J : kita kena tolak lagi dari harga belian pn. S : Ooo. ok takpe la. Terima kasih.

So sekarang dah makin banyak kedai-kedai emas pun dah mula shift the trend untuk jual Gold Bar untuk pelaburan. Sebab semakin ramai orang di luar tu dah sedar akan kepentingan dan nilai emas dalam menjaga kekayaan..
Kapitalis.. mesti ramai tak paham ape tu kapitalis termasuk la aku satu ketika dahulu.. Kini aku semakin menganjak umur baruku faham ape tu kapitalis..sosialis...komunis.. n etc.. ala kalau nak ambil tahu maka kita akan tahu. Last Saturday pegi menimba ilmu di Seminar Krisis Kewangan dan Peranan Emas anjuran Public Gold.. Pergh! Pack with information and people.. Worth to pay only RM50 for one whole day pack with information seminar. Not less than 500 people attended!

In his paper.. to avoid capitalism capitalize us as a whole like what they are doing now.. all business transaction has to be convert into using Dinar (Gold Coin) and Dirham (Silver Coin). With this then we could reduce RIBA that are all taking place in our daily life.. Konon Islamic Banking..semua bank berlumba2 nak buat Islamic banking..but all are based on Capitalist Fundamental as the basis.. So APE YANG ISLAMIC NYE? Still using fiat money which they can easily print without the real value. Still there are Riba.. Conventional or Islamic Banking.. all full of RIBA. So all of us..our daily life are full of Riba.. MasyaAllah..According to Prof Umar, for us to destroy Capitalist in our country or any other country for that matter..first we have to close central Bank aka Bank Negara.. Ini yang pak mantan PM kita tak nak terima.. He wants to have the Islamic Countries to use Dinar and Dirham in international trading against the Dollar but not in Malaysia.. Politically and Pocketly? Huh!!!
So now it is sooo overwhelming that the capitalist bank are being hit hardly by the economic meltdown.. Typical example : Citibank,US aka Jewish bank is collapsing.. USD 700 billion or trillion or even zillion being printed and will be printed by US Gov to bail out their sick-to-die giant corporation.. Citibank..AIG/AIA...General Motors.. and many more giants are all dying..
The capitalist is in dooming era like 1929..or even worse than 1929. If in 1929 it affected US only..now it is actually bringing the entire world in crisis. But behind the curtain of Capitalist mode.. the Jewish are all secretly buying and keeping of Gold.. They even know that GOLD aka EMAS is the best tools to protect their wealth.

Its started nearly 10 years back..Mega Gold Rush! More and more country acquire gold in metric tonne to be the country reserved.. China gov is buying most of the gold produce by their own gold mining in the country.. Besides they acquire many tonnes more from other gold producer.. The China gov is even encourage their citizen/people to buy and keep these precious metal; gold and silver. India bought 200 tonnes of gold from IMF for their federal reserved. All this is a sleeping giant waiting to wake up... Ade gov kite suruh simpan emas? kita beli emas n nak pajak kat ArRahnu pun dia nak sekat.. Apalah.. Dah banyak negara/organisasi/individu berkejar-kejar nak kumpul emas.. Takkan kita nak tunggu dan lihat je babe! Nak tunggu gov kita ..hampeh!
Can we try imagine for a free trading.. buying n selling using Dinar n Dirham.. no more fiat aka printed money.. McD staff in Malaysia paid by 3 Dirham per hour and McD staff in USA also paid in 3 Dirham/hour.. Equal kan? so no more Monetary System based on Fiat Money.. printed money..who determine the value? n who manipulate the value? Ingat duit Pokok Pisang zaman Jepun? sekarang wang zimbabwe.. duit banyak di print..tapi value takde. Inilah kapitalis. Apa kata kita balik kepada satu ketika dulu gunakan emas dan perak sebagai mata wang.. semua sama di seluruh dunia (alangkah perfect senario ini kalau terjadi kan). memanglah nak ubah negara apatah lagi seluruh dunia akan nampak impossible.. tapi kalau kita mulakan dengan individu.. makin lama makin ramai org simpan emas dan guna emas untuk trading.. maka lama kelamaan gov akan terpaksa tunduk. Gov tu siapa? Gov tu adalah rakyat jugak. Kalau kita tak pilih dia, takde nya dia kat atas tu memerintah.
I was in PG office today to collect some gold to restock my supply.. Met 2 young guys..while waiting our turn to be attended. He ask me one good Question... Akak, dah lama join.. Saya dah lama tau tapi..takut la kak.. Is it a scam? Can anyone comment out there? Help!!! No lah.. Ok..my version of answer..
1) Have U ever paid the gold more then the actual market price out there? As long as u pay 999.99 gold for 999.99 price and 916 gold for 916 price..then is it a scam? kalau u pegi kedai emas pun u kena beli harga semasa. and normally the price at the glodsmith has been mark up ..ye la the price will be including the rental of premises..upah pekerja..electricity.. branding..n so on... Semua kos2 ni pengguna yang bayar..Its ok kalau tak nak beli kat PG, and nak beli dari mana pun.. cuma pastikan kita dapat apa yang kita bayar.
2) This is just like U buy a gold from the goldsmith.. Instead of we go to kedai emas at a shoplots, we buy at the net.. macam jugak clothing, perfume, minyak kelapa dara, handbags, catering.. n mcm2 lagi.. semua sekarang dah ada jual kat internet..so sama juga dgn emas.. ape bezanya kan.. dia jual, kita beli.. kita bayar, dia hantar barang..
3) U pay gold..U get gold.. So ape yang scamnye? Kalau company bungkus pun kita ada fizikal gold.. Emas ni kat mana pelusuk dunia ada nilai..
4) No other hidden agenda.. Unlike EE case.. typical case. Buyer pay for 100gm gold.. Buyer got 200gm gold tapi kena bawak ke ArRahnu BR..pajakkan n getting 65% cash frm the gold value then bagi kepada company EE cash tu.. Now BUYER yang stuck pasal company EE dituduh & kena block ngan Bank Negara pasal penerima deposit secara haram.. Yang rugi..BUYER.. duit semua kat EE, gold stuck kat BR.. Pastu ade yang buat pinjaman peribadi semata-mata nak beli emas ngan EE.. Rugi..rugi...
So fikir-fikirkanlah wahai teman-teman.. berhati-hati dalam membuat keputusan...
Alhamdulillah..Syukur Ke Hadrat Ilahi.. 1st Week of 2010 I sold PG worth of RM26,409. Pada otai2 yang dah lama dalam jual beli emas ni jumlah tu sikit je.. seciput je pada dema ni.. But for me Alhamdulillah.. Rezeki..Sape nak kasi komisyen 1.5% mcm tu.. Bersemangat lagi nak melangkah ke hadapan..Cayyoo Eda!
